Bots has permeated business and most organizational environments to become an engine for innovation and a driving force behind Robotic Process Automation (RPA) across all business, industry, and sectors of society. The rise of Bots and RPA is also the rise of a digital workforce or as I like to call it the BotForce. This significant change in our Digital Darwinism have a profound bearing on all of us and is already transforming our society. But the question becomes is this transformation for the betterment of all or is it for the few? In other words, and as it is always the case in any technology, there is always a price and there will be winners and losers. From your point of view how is this transformation from a human workforce to a BotForce good for some and bad for others and in what way? Please substantiate your answer with examples.

Answer #1

BotForce is considered as a good replacement for the human workforce. it is good for manufacturing industry owners and directors but its really bad for workers.

for example, In the current world getting a job is really a tough one and it is a major problem in highly populated countries such as India and China. In those countries, the Human workforce has to be used more than BotForce but some of the manufacturing industries are implementing BotForce to increase their production and reduce the expenses. By doing that 10 Humans will lose their job by employing a single BOT. It will affect the life of the workers who lost their job because of the BOT, Resulting in frustration and loss of their hope in living.

BotForce is good for less populated countries it will increase the production of the industry and they can gain more profit by exporting their products to different countries.
