Health and safety is an important element of any company. Companies that are into heacy machineries has to have special training to ensure they are aware about various safety measurements that they should take. This is why health and safety are crucial to any organization.

To devise a strategy for health and safety we must understand the nature of operations of the business. Since we are considering a case of a brewery it is necesary that our health and safety strategy is aligned with the core business of the organization. For the startegy is this case we must first develop trainings modules to help the employees get used to the safety norms of the company. Company should implement a separate safety champion who's job would be to ensure that everyone is adhering to the safety code of conduct as set by the organization. It is necessary to train the employees about their own safety and health considerations.

Another element of the strategy would involve the regular safety meet where the safety campions can be rewarded for their work on the safety measures. This will motivate the employees to work hard towards their safety satandards and be rewarded within the company. Hence, this is how the employees can be kept motivated to work towards ensuring the workplace safety.

Accumulating all the elements stated above we can develop the safety and health strategy for the company and ensure the we comply with the best possible health and safety standards for the brewery business.
