Myth of the fixed pie refers to a situation that all negotiations are either win or lose and there is no situation that will create win for both the parties. If there is such an individual who believes this to be true, negotiating with such an individual will be difficult because they believes that either of the one will win although we can handle such a situation by accommodating the needs and requirements of both the stakeholders which will ensure that the situation is a win win situation and for that the individual needs to be educated and informed regarding the same here.
