The primary structure is the formation of the nucleotide by joining deoxy ribose sugar, phosphate and the nitrogenous base

Secondary structure

The joining of the nucleotides covalently by phosphodiester bonds to form linear polymer.

Tertiary

This linear polymer joined to complimentary strand and is wound in a helix with major and minor groove forms the tertiary structure
