Whenever we get fever the metabolic machinery of the body get suspended. This is because at high temperature and enzymes which catalyse different reactions of different metabolic processes are unable to work.

The temperature of our body increases in response to a pathogenic infection. At high temperature, the enzymes present in pathogen cannot undertake the metabolic reactions and therefore the growth and Reproduction of the pathogen gets slower. But if the pathogen continuous to survive inside our body then because of high temperature our body will also not be able to catalyse enzymatic reactions. Therefore the metabolism of our body will also stop and we may die.

Photosynthesis occurs in chloroplast of leaves. Light reaction occurs in thylakoid membrane and dark reaction occurs in stroma.

2. Photosynthesis is the process of formation of Sugars along with the release oxygen gas by using atmospheric carbon dioxide and water in the presence of Sunlight and chlorophyll.

6 CO2 + 6 H2O = (sunlight and chlorophyll) = C6H12O6 + 6 O2

3. Photosynthesis is the process which makes sugar molecules and uses ATP whereas respiration is the process which catabolizes sugar and produces ATP which are then taken over by the photosynthetic machinery.

4. Respiration and photosynthesis are similar to each other in the sense that they both are processes that carry out electron transport chain for the synthesis of ATP. Both the processes use ATP synthase enzyme and proton gradient for the synthesis of ATP.
