These are the people who help in my business from manufacturing to distribution of sales of my mid range watch- Suppliers who provide material like metal case, quartz crystal oscillates etc . Investors who invest in my business or company to provide me the fund to make and sell these watches. Wholsellers and retailers who are the parties purchase watches and sell them to in their England market. Celebrities and infleuncing people who would affect the purchasing decision of customers and attract them to my watches to make purchase. |
customer segments- |
This is based on geographic and demographic segmentation as my company is US based so i would sell my watches to England market using geographic segment and seek London city as my market and age , Income, Occupation will be factor to segment customers like- Students in universities studying , Job doers and professionals like lawyers, doctors as my customer segments. |
Revenue stream- |
this is the factor from where i get my revenue- I would sponsor events from where i would generate revenue like social cause, sports game events etc. I would use online media platform and advertise and market my watches and revenue from Pay per product (pay per view).
