customer segments :

The cafe should segments the customers in the following types: a) Children b) Youths college going c) Professionals d) Family based customers e) Couples f) Friends circle g) Old age people/ Retired h) Corporate clients

Value proposition:

It will be delivered with hygienic foods and snacks with low cost interventions. Consumer will be our center of concern and focus area.

Customer relationships:

A customized software solution will be designed as per the need of our restaurant cafe. It must try to show and support the customers at any point of time with promised and Timely deliver of the offerings of Cafe.

Channels:

Both retail channel stores and online delivery of products will be available. In retail channel a different approach to handle the customers will be applied.

key activties:

Preparation of Menu as per the Australian culture and demand .

Development of a software for overall management.

Human resource management.

Operations management

Green supply chain and logistics activities.

key resources:

Money and nonfinancial resources. Human resources will be our strengths. Apart from this, smart kitchen facilities will be installed to each stores.

Key partners:

supplier of food and beverage ingredients.

Delivery of order partners.

Employees recruitment service providers.

Channel partners of franchise people.

Revenue structure:

We shall focus to earn revenue per customer . A daily basis cost and revenue and overall profits based performance management will be adopted. We shall charge a little higher than the existing stores but our quality will be best in the industry.

cost structure:

Every business should try to balance the cost structure in the form of capital policy. A debt and equity mix of 50: 50 will be very much feasible. Bank loan , funding from angel investors and other channel partners might be utilized to formulate the cost structure.
