What ways can we improve that therapeutic environment so that individuals, regardless of their gender identity, can receive the best treatment available? Think about the barriers to treatment for members of the LGBTQ community and the possible ways that those barriers can impede access to effective treatments.

The therapeutic environment must be made free from making assumptions regarding the clients and also must provide them with multidimensional care as any other person would receive. Training must be given to health workers on how not to make them feel segregated and also in order to ensure physical and mental health of these individuals. The major barriers can be inpatient treatment in private hospitals especially when indiviiduals would voice disagreements inany cases. They would also feel various barriers in the field of counselling and surgery where skilled manpower needs to be available.
