2. The neuroscience paradigm

In this paradigm, scientists try to find the brain process involvd in various mental disorders and try to find the concept between functioning of neurons and mental disorders

3. The cognitive behavioural paradigm

In this paradigm, scientists tries to find the behaviours which reinforce bad behaviour or any maladaptive behaviour

The paradigms guide the treatment and are effective in treatment because they try to find all the different aspects related to mental disorder
