If Global firms go with same business strategy across the world, then it might prove harmful for aspiration of firms. A single course of actions can not be ideal for all regions across the world. Firms have to form their strategies according to the needs and behaviors of people belonging to different parts of world.

Site localization is the most critical aspect of E-Commerce business. Studies have been carried out across the world and it has been found that people tend to prefer the site that offers contents in the local language. It develops trust and faith. According to recent research, 70 % of Japanese buys products from site that uses local language for communications and content. same trends and behaviors have been witnessed in other countries as well. Local language and content make it easy to access and navigate the site in the most comfortable manner.

Some studies show that localization of site is needed where people do not have knowledge of the English language. in Countries like India, even English language site performs exceptionally.
