Answer #1

Ans: Following are the five considerations for choosing the right intervention strategy:

  1. Match the intervention to the data and diagnosis
  2. Consider the client readiness for change
  3. Decide where to intervene first
  4. Consider depth of intervention
  5. Consider sequence of intervention activities

In my opinion, I would prioritize these as follows:

  1. Consider depth of intervention
  2. Consider the client readiness for change
  3. Decide where to intervene first
  4. Consider sequence of intervention activities
  5. Match the intervention to the data and diagnosis

I think that the most important considerations in choosing which interventions to implement first are what the problem, issue or theme is, and what the consequences or implications of it may be related to the organization. (Anderson, 2016, p. 215).
