The three characteristics mentioned, humility, integrity and collaboration are highly regarded and influential leaders throughout the history displayed them.
Humility is giving low importance to oneself when compared with others. An altruistic feeling is associated with humility. This portrait is very closely related to humanity and can lead to peaceful environment. Giving importance to others' problems, sacrificing one's own luxuries and striving for others is main feature of humility.
Integrity is having strong moral values and following them meticulously. It is very closely related to culture. Everything will have its own integrity, be it a person, or a country. This is what that depicts the him or an entire country as a whole. Integrity should be given high priority and it paves way for many successes.
Collaboration is being open to be collaborative to work with others for the cause of society. A great leader always gives priority to the welfare of his people, and for that he must put aside all his differences with others and must cooperate with everyone by treating them equally.
Mahatma Gandhi is a great leader which showcased all these qualities and succeeded. He positioned all his priorities behind the country, he showed humility, he respected the integrity of the country and collaborated with all other people who are fighting for their nation.
The characteristic that can be learned or moulded is humility. Though it is an abstract thing to learn, but a lot of other things will also be learned, and if it can be learned, it leads to a great character. The journey of learning is also very effective and gives immense pleasure.
