what software can i use to make a part( car piece part, etc.)

i tried 3d print BUT is not 100% accurate in its dimensions.

im asking like making car parts or knobs since i use autocad ONLY
but
there must be a another software like how professionals use that do thia

Present there are so many software's available in the market to design 3D designs.

Some of them are:

* Blender - A free, open-source CG app software with professional-grade features.

* SketchUp

* Fusion 360

* CATIA

* Solid Works

I will recommend you to go with Fusion 360. Its GUI is professional and clear.
