Charecteristics of communication and how do they help in achieving leadership goals :
* there should exist two or more members while you communicate / talk / interchange views. because self talk cant be concluded as communication.
* views / thoughts must be exchanged between one another. because communication originates as 1 person talks and ends when other responds equally.
* the content should be understand with same intention by both parties involved in communication.
* however it is not important whether these both parties viz: reciever and giver communicate directly or indirectly
* Also it can be verbal / non verbal i.e via signals etc. and this communication should follow continuously between both the parties.
• This kind of communication between a speaker to his listeners will create a means of platform to understand the thought process of speaker.
• In order to become a leader , right thoughts in right manner to be reached to his audience / listeners / followers.
