Option B is correct. It is slightly lighter than ocean water.

During ice age Glaciation the lighter isotop of Oxygen is picked and stored as ice on land, as water. It is because it is easier for lighter water, i.e. isotope with 16 atomic mass of oxygen to be evaporated. So a comparatively lighter water is deposited as ice on land, heavier water remains back in the Ocean.
