It’s the responsibility of the researcher or facilitator to ensure that all who are attending the program to accept and participate voluntarily. This would mean that who are from different cultures would perceive things differently. Thus, participants should be properly explained and made to understand things from their point of view. It would require one to bring people to agreement in order to ensure that there is no forced participation and one should have the persuading power to explain and help people understand that concept from a different point of view.
