Answer #1

1. If I suspect someone of kick back I shall look for the major lifestyle change which can be considered beyond his means. Kick back schemes generally work in cash however it would be wise to see the credit card expenses and investments made through banking channels. Any unusual transactions should be investigated and asked for the sources of money. I shall also look at the working pattern and if any favors have been given to a specific party by the suspect.

2. Organisation can look at the past records and analyse it with the recent records. See if there is any unusual surge in the transactions with them. If yes, documented reasons for the same should be sought.
