Answer #1

The trade - off for increasing adaptive potential by using a mutator strain is the background accumulation of mutation confounds identification of adaptive alleles . Since the primary goal of this study was to identify traits that confer host association , rather than the underlying genes , we chose to utilize the mutator phenotype as a way of accelerating evolution and facilitating adaptation in our model system .Gut colonization levels were not affected by inoculum size .

Clusters where identified firstly according to time and secondly according to infection . Two movement patterns were observed in the early period of infection .one group with minimum turning rate and meander other with maximum strip number . Later infection was characterized by long stop duration . During the study the degrading where sacrificed with euthanasia . Bacterial inoculation was performed under tricaine and anesthesia to minimize suffering and stress .

Hope you get some more idea .

Torts – harms – could be handled more efficiently if society just demanded compensation rather than assigning fault. Thus, for example, DuPont would pay out compensation based in affidavits or exposure according to a schedule of harms. (Worker’s compensation operates in such this way.) Similarly, a firm making lawn mowers could design a foolproof model or a chapter one that is more likely to result in injuries to users. Without the need to assign fault or blame, considerable saving would...
