A manager has a great role to play within and outside of an organization. It is true that not all managers are equally talented in all sphere of work and people management but if a manager is equipped with conceptual, human and technical areas as well then he or she has a great impact on the culture within global business perspective.
A manager then will be a good people manager who knows the in and outs of the people management, at the same time he is conceptual in understanding the needs and the requirements of the business and act logically and while doing so, it will be equally helpful if he or she is technically sound.
