3. Explain with examples the six columns a communication matrix should contain.
4. What are the key important functions of communication to stakeholders?
Which three major criteria should you consider when prioritizing stakeholders?
It's important to know about the stakeholders when starting a project. Project stakeholders are those who are individual or group, who affect or be affected by a project activities or final outcome. Stakeholders also provide resources to a project such as people, materials, equipments, other materials, etc. along with the rules and laws monitoring. Stakeholders who are important for a project, are needed to be prioritized based on certain criteria such as urgency, interest, power, influence, legitimacy, etc. Three of the criteria which I may consider choosing would be power, influence and interest. The stakeholders who have the greatest hold on power have the ability to make major changes in a project or can highly affect a project. They also can influence others through their decisions. Those stakeholders should be given the most priority as they can shut down a project or can restart a project if they wants.
What are the key important functions of communication to stakeholders
The three types of project communications timing schedules are as follows:
• Regular schedule: Project progress communication is required in regular basis. Common in organizations that follow a formal structure.
• Project life cycle: Project progress communications are generally required after the completion of every major step in the project.
• Need-based: Communication regarding project progress is conveyed on demand particularly on the demand of the stakeholders.

Create a matrix with 3 rows and 4 columns. Every element in the first row should be 0, every element in the second row should be 1, and every element in the third row should be 2. But don’t just type out all the numbers. Use some ingenuity. Display the matrix using MATLAB.
4. Please use examples to explain the distortion in communication.
Crisis communication management involves all activities around the management of relevant information exchange with the key constituents and stakeholders that are affected by the crisis. These stakeholders can be internal (employees, board of directors, managers, owners) or external (suppliers, distributors, customers, local communities, creditors, potential investors, government, etc.). In most cases a crisis will require the management of communication with several stakeholders, both internal and external. This does not mean that all of them will be equally important -- based...
Let A be an 3 x 4 matrix, and B an 4 x 3 matrix. Prove: If AB Is, then the columns of B are linearly independent. Let A be an 3 x 4 matrix, and B an 4 x 3 matrix. Prove: If AB Is, then the columns of B are linearly independent.

A matrix named mach contains 3 columns of data concerning the energy output of several machines. The first column contains an ID code for a specific machine, the second column contains the total amount of energy produced by that machine in calories, and the third column contains the amount of time required by that machine to produce the energy listed in column 2 in hours. Write a MATLAB program that will: a) Request the user for the matrix mach. b)...

What are the different communication styles? 2. Identify and describe your communication style as a nurse. Explain if it is or is not effective and why/why not. 3. Identify and describe a style of communication you see in a colleague that you wish you could emulate. Explain why his/her style is one to exemplify. 4. Describe 1-2 strategies you can implement that may help you to develop a more effective communication style as part of the healthcare team. Provide examples.
you will be building a Communication Plan for the CDC Organization. you will develop a plan for communicating your goals. You will need to concentrate on the following elements: Who are your stakeholders? What information do they need? Do all stakeholders need the same information communicated to them? What type of communication strategies should be used? Why? What communication channels will work best in your chosen organization? What type of traditional framework should be established? What type of technological framework...
