What can be done to take advantage of the human needs of teachers in our schools in a way that improves productivity and well being?

As Teachers are concerned about the career growing, they want to uphold their practitioner skills, and teaching is passion for many people, further, this job help them to earn handsome salary, thus, they can fulfill various needs, those like Physiological needs, safety needs, belonging needs, others needs like self esteem and self actualization, thus considering their needs, school can improve productivity and well being, there are certain steps to be followed and repeated, so the entire environment of school become inspiring place for teachers, students and community members,

• School can arrange various Functional program, where, teachers and students can celebrate their events and discuss various critical issues, those are required to be solved to improve the productivity of school, for example, student may need flexible Interaction with teacher as per their time, thus, teachers can solve the same by managing their time with using calendar and reminder process, and working on virtual platform
• By arranging various quizzes, assignment and exam session, so, teachers can participate to form various intellection questions and they will do brainstorming individually or in group to form various tricky and situational questions, which can provide entertaining moment in the school environment and School’s productivity can be increased as well,
• Further school authority can provide various reward and recognition for meeting various performance objective and for driving excellence activity at the school premises, further, school authority should encourage teachers to participate in non academic work like Gardening, playing cricket, foot ball, singing, dancing, thus, It will create much energetic environment, so all people can be happy as well, again, recognizing non – academic efforts by teachers also helpful to improve productivity of the school,
