Answer #1

For neuroscience brain fair the topic I would go for is the decision making area in our brain. Recent research claim it to be frontal area , still there could be involvement of other lobes in taking decisions. Why do we take haste decisions many a time? Are all our decisions logical? How do neurologically we arrive at a final decision.

As a back up i would go for the topic How do music therapy influence brain disorders. This subject is also controversial as there are both parties who favour music therapy and who do not support the same. The principle behind music therapy and the neurological effect it brings on the brain would be the one i would highlight on.

For my primary topic I would first go for a detailed brain anatomy study followed by research works done on emotions affecting brain. Similarly for the second topic I would study music therapy principle in detail. Once done the listening and speech decoding area of brain shall be studied followed by its neurological response to music.
