I think the answer is (A) but would appreciate confirmation and reasoning.

A) No, M. bovis and M. tuberculosis don't reproduce sexually so species can't be defined based on the ability to interbreed.

B) Yes, they are living, biological, organisms so the biological species concept is applicable.

C) No, M. bovis and M. tuberculosis inhabit different hosts so don't interbreed in nature.
