Behavioral interview question
Tell me about a time when you had a miscommunication or faced an ethical dilemma at work. How did you deal with it and what was the result?
Yes, there was a situation when I was half-informed about one of my employee situation at home. This is due to the miscommunication and I make his leave cancel and ask him to report immediately to the office and also align his meeting with a nice customer who gives us a good revenue.
But when I realized the situation then I was in a dilemma as I can't refuse to the client and also I can't ask the employee to come and join the office during his bad times at home
My Action: I decided to go honest with the client and I reported the client about the entire situation and promised him the next date. The client was happy due to my honesty and fair behavior and i also remain to be loyal with my employee
