8. The ADC in PIC16F917 is a successive approximation ADC with a resolution of 10 bits

   a) This is a 10-bit ADC and the result is stored in two registers,

      ADRESH and ADRESL.

b) Register in block diagram form:

C) TAD is nothing but internal clock = 1/4MHZ=0.25 micro seconds.

    Conversion time = 1/(10*4*Mhz)=25 nano seconds.
