  • Recruitment: Instead of finding the capable candidate at shortest period the health care center is against of such recruitment as Jerry (CMO) and Linda (PT's Supervisor) is not open to welcome someone from diverse culture or someone who is Homosexual.
  • Work Overload: As there is need for 5th physical therapist the health care center is still ignoring the fact that other four physical therapist in the team are being overloaded with work which can lead them to stress and low productivity by them, can also lead to increase in employees turnover rate.
  • Disputes: There has been a dispute between Kathleen and Linda which will disturb the work environment, also Linda has raised the matter by involving Jerry (CMO) into this, which will again lead to more stress on this matter of Sexual Discrimination.
