Project Description: The modernization of government services project is to improve access, efficiency and quality of delivery of government administrative services.

Project Objective:

• it will increase the efficiency of public institutions.
• it will improve the effective communications in government services.
• it will complete and strengthen a common infrastructure and mechanism for rapid deployment of IT-enabled administrative services.

Project Purpose: It aims to support improvement in government services processes to address excessive administrative requirements, inefficiency of public institutions and ineffective communication and other deficiency, creating barriers for citizen and businesses in accessing government administrative services.

Project Goals: The goals of the project are:

• a user-friendly and usable site architecture and navigation system.
• smaller and optimized application that can run efficiently on very low specifications.  
• a more stream-lined infrastructure with a decentralized workflow for content maintenance.

Project Deliverable: The main deliverable of this project will be an optimized application that is usable, user-friendly, more manageable and  meeting accessibility requirements with rules and regulations.

Project Benefits: The benefits will be

• user centered.
• more manageable as a result of a newly developed content.
• it will contain less dead content, less out of date content and less duplication.
