Explanation-

Two types of Endoplasmic Reticulum are present in cell- sooth ER and rough ER.

SER is involved in production of fats and steroid hormones. It also converts harmful organic compounds into less toxic water soluble compounds.

RER is involved in production of Protein folding, protein modification and protein targetting.

So that cell where great deal of enoplasmic reticulum seen in cell which produces large amounts of proteins, lipids, steroid hormones and detoxification.
