1) how postmodernity differs from modernity, ) .Explain why you would find it hard to study and understand primal religions and some religious traditions today if you only looked at them from an exclusively monotheistic point of view.
Modernism and Postmodernism are two different movements that exhibit specific differences between them. Each one is based on changes in cultural and social behavior around the world. Also, they started in distant periods beginning from the 19th and 20th centuries. Postmodernity is the state or condition of being postmodern – after or in reaction to that which is modern, as in postmodern art (see postmodernism). Modernity is defined as a period or condition loosely identified with the Progressive Era, the Industrial Revolution, or the Enlightenment.Postmodernism was a reaction against modernism. While modernism was based on idealism and reason, postmodernism was born of scepticism and a suspicion of reason. It challenged the notion that there are universal certainties or truths.
Monotheism is the belief in a single creator God who is almighty, omnipotent, omniscient and omnibenevolent. Hinduism does not posit or require such a belief, and is considered a non-monotheistic religion by scholars of religion. So if i was asked to follow a specific religious tradition, i would have been unable to do so considering the fact that i would believe that all religions should comply with same ideologies and workship one god only.

As a continuation of the experiments in Question 1 you want to study the timing of the APC's activity more distinctly. To do this you treat your cells with MG132 - a proteasome inhibitor. When MG132 is added to cells proteins can still be ubiquitinated, but they are not degraded, because the proteasome is inhibited. In cells that are treated with MG132 you can monitor APC activity on Cyclin B using just the cyclin B a. antibody and a western...
