Example of a clinical question as follow ( i) Patient is a medical student in Peru, generally healthy, very inquisitive, collects stamps ii) patient presents with fever plus anemia and reports having noticed what she thought were blood warts on her arm a few days prior iii) treated with an aminoglycoside.) Don't forget to mention the name of the pathogen.

PATHOGEN:- Treponema carateum

1. Patient is a lady from Slovakia who shifted to Mexico few months ago and works in a farm.
2. Patient seems to have raised papule along with lesionsmostly localized to the arms.
3. Provided with antibiotic Penicillin.

PATHOGEN:- Hepatitis B virus

1. Patient is a 17 year old kid from Uruguay who seems to play football for high school team and is physically fit.
2. The patient seems to be having frequent dark urine and shows yellowish skin along with fatigue and fever.
3. Patient is on treatment with Tenofovir.
