Drug resistance is one of the major problem for todays doctors . In a population of microbes (TB) there may be heterogeneous gene content present. When we use a antibiotic for TB , most of the microbes are die , but some of the microbes maybe resistance. So incomplete clearence of microbes may be dengerous. This resistance population further grow in the body (bone of the patient where they can hide them selves )and cause disease. This microbes are resistance for that particular antibiotic.
