1.Natural selection means some genetic traits of a species becomes more prominent as a result of adaptation to the environment.So natural selection will not be limited to an individual . It will occur to a large number of individuals or population as they are all constantly interacting with the environment.

Population is simply the total number of individuals in a defined geographical area. Individuals are members of a population.

Natural Selection will not occur in such population.

2 ,3,4. ----The advantage of a particular bean variety to survive depends on its ability to adapt to changing environment.

5.The disadvantage of bean variety depend on its inability to adapt to changing environment.

6.Natural selection is a very slow process and it may take thousands of years to occur.So no major changes occur in this population after 10 generations.

7.It is simply impossible to have no variation or natural selection.

8.Those bean variety which can easily adapt to different environments will be successful.

Either it will adapt to different environments and survive/ , or it will not adapt and so perish.
