A pre measure of association appropriate would be Gamma. Its value lies between 0 to 1.

With 0 indicating no relationship and 1 indicating perfect relationship.

Our value of 0.41 indicates a positive relationship between education and occupational prestige ie as education increases, occupational prestige also increases. However it is not very close to +1, so we can say that the association between education and occupational prestige is not strong.
