One day he asked you to his office and said to you: "This is the management decision I will make, do a marketing research project to find evidence to support my decision." Job without satisfaction is not worth of any salary. We first need to listen what the CEO wants. If it seems to be fair for us we can do it but if it is not acceptable or we do not want to do it we no need to do something which is not acceptable to us and which we think is unethical. We can try to discuss with him the problems the project might have and our doubts. If we are still not satisfied with him we can just deny doing what he wants and if he wants us to quit for this it is better to do so because any job which does not give satisfaction is not worthy .
