Answer #1

SHOPPING APP

In today's era the e-commerce has become one of the most important areas of attraction on the mobile and web development. With a Smartphone/tablet app a business can be with the customers 24h a day. As the clients are interested in the shopping business, creating a smart phone app is the best approach to keep in touch with them and enhance the sales. As per the American Customer Satisfaction Index, the users of online shopping apps are happier with their purchases compared to those with traditional retail customers.

While making an idea for a shopping app for men, women, and kids, my motto will be let everyone buy the beauty of fashion at reasonable prices. I will collect the details of the product with price, color, brand, discounts, and offers etc.. After deciding the selling products I will a conduct market research to understand which features are important for the business niche such as search, easy navigation, product list, registration/login, faster checkout, payment gateways, Push notification/Newsletter, Live chat etc. Afterwards I will be using the most updated technology to my app to ensure that the fetching time needed by the search button should to be made the minimum. I will perform a competitor analysis; and advertise the app on media and integrate using social networks (twitter, facebook) to improve the visibility of my online selling app and making it successful.

Entrepreneurs are generally not manufacturing whizzes. They are often focused on getting a new idea into a product and that product to market. And although they acknowledge the importance of manufacturing, their heart is often not in it. They cannot provide the leadership required to manage a modern manufacturing process. They expect to compete primarily by outrunning their opposition, not not be out manufacturing them. In the Oil & Gas business, wildcatting for new fields is the equivalent. It has...
