In india, the religious belief play an important role behind the health care of individuals. offcourse some of the beliefs were scintific but mentioned in a way that it looks like sometimes magical or illogical. Each and individual belief were based on a some scientific myth but narrated in a way that it shows some what illogical basis and never conclude some kind of logic. Mentally people were transformed their idea of understanding in cultural and religious way. All the festival seasons of India starts with Atmosphere change of the environment. All the celebration of festivals also in a way that this will fullfill enjoyment and balance the natural as well as existing properties of the eart.

Diwali Festival comes at the starting of Winter, Holi will mark the rays of summer. Shravan month brings rain thtoughout to nourish the agriculture of the India. The cultural belief says that the sickness would be definitely seen in the month of October month, this again repeated in the month of February. In the month of October people may get sickness due to last steps of Monsoon season while the February might be due to mixing of Winter and summer season of india.

Some myths are such a way that the female due to its first 4 days of menstrual cycle would not be able to work on these days but scintific reason behind this is due to menstrual period female feels some moderate pain in back and due to loss of tissues and blood ladies are adviced to take rest and this would help her for this stage. like wise after giving birth, a woman would not come outside for minimum one month because due to this restriction she would reamin at home and due to this she would take a high rest and that would help her for nourishing new borne.

Some scintific interventions should be made here to convince the people. Culture should be encouraged but not on behalf of human values. Not necessary to break all the important things while sun or moon eclipse would cover the things. HIV person should not keep aside unnecessarily because of misbelief that by touching that person we would get the infection. The child will not have soft palate if the woman eats coconut while her preganancy. A dead person will not return as a Ghost if he was dispossed electrically or the live organ of human body would be doanted to deficient recipient or medical college.

These myths must be reomved from the people and that could be imparted via literacy. more literate the people more people would be aware of health care rather keeping faith in illogical beliefs of religion and culture.
