2.a) Age = 45years , exercises vigorously

Maximum heart rate = 220 - 45 = 175bpm

b) Exercise intensity = 70-85%

c) Maximum heart rate ranges from :

70/100× 175 to 85/100× 175

= 122 to 148bpm

Maximum heart rate = 220- 72 = 148bpm

b) Exercise intensity - moderate 50-70 %
