1)Perfect nurse in my context is an ideal nurse possessing a healing touch, high professional knowledge, ability to perform nursing procedure in a skilled way, can render patient centered care.

2)Stereotypes are a fixed idea about a character or profession. In my statement on perfect nurse stereotype i believed evidence based practice helps nurses to stay perfect and keep abreast in the profession.

3)As a perfect nurse i believe there should not be any discrimination in patient care on basis of gender, ethnic , race. Nurses from any community irrespective of their gender, race and ethic group can become ideal nurse by updating their knowledge and clinical skills.

4)Unique contributions by nurses with Master degree level education are:

- Advance nurse practitioner is a qualified nurse professional done her masters level of education

- They plays an essential role in acting as a mentor for registered nurse.

- They helps in planning patient care based on nursing theories to render an effective care.

- Nursing informatics an emerging field involves integration of information technology in patient care. For Ex) medical errors can be prevented by integrating medication management system with patients electronic medical records. This helps nurses to get all all information in system before administering medications by scanning patients unique identify bands. It facilitates easy retrieval of patient information and checking 7 rights of medication administration electronically.
