How will your learning in this class affect you in the future? You may want to focus on its impact in choosing a major, deciding to take (or not take!) other Health Science classes, in your life outside of school, in your work, etc.

Learning of two key ideas of having good food and exercise will affect me in the future greatly.

This will lead to a better life because I like workout a lot and becuase of that my confidence is on the top and good food adds up on that and I would want to keep learning about it.

So, my idea is to opt a course of nutrition and workout expert that would help me to direct people how to imbibe good food and exercise in their life to make it better.
