Hey! Remember,you can't help a victim if you become a victim yourself. always make sure for safeguard self in the first instance

Next step to safeguard client prevent from repeat exposure make sure scene is safe

Followings to be taken for deliver appropriate care to victim

- assess the scene :Where are you

- look for clue: look the things could be reason for illness

- get history if patient is responsive

If the patient is unresponsive ,call for help and start CPR

In emergency setting level of response is categorised by using called AVPU scale

A-alert

V-verbal

P- pain

U- unresponsiveness

Pnemonics also used for management of victim

(GO DOCTOR SHAVPU)

GO- put their gloves on

D- check for danger

R- check for responsiveness

S- look at the scene for clue

H- gain history on the incident

AVPU- assessment the responsiveness of client

If the client is unresponsive ,call for help and start CPR
