Answer: Nurses plays an important role in patient's life, they work so hard for taking care of the patient and provide quality of care. They work overtime and they have lots of work pressure. In this situation when they find someone who is angry and aggressive, they first try to calm that person as well as tackle the situation. But it does not feel good to the nurse as they themselves are so much tired and they have lots of responsibilities of the patients. This lead to more problem for the nurses and worsen the situation.
