Answer #1

As nursing care professional more than care we have to respect the values and beliefs of the patient. We have to follow all the code of ethics as prescribed to deliver a high quality/standard care to the patient and thus improve the health and wellness of the patient and improves the client satisfaction as well as improve our self-confidence

In the given video we have seen that the nursing personnel are violating their professional conduct and not following the code of ethics and not maintaining the standards of care.

*As nursing personnel, we are not supposed to share a patient matter to the other nurse in the public and don't use any fair words and avoid gossiping.

*Don't disclose the patient personal matters to others maintain the patient information as confidential

*While during the handover to the next shift staff, should be done near the patient bed itself, thus avoid the confusion as well as during the handover we have to explain all the information relating to the patient as well as to introduce the next shift staff to the patient.

*Protect the patient all data and files, that should be maintained as secure and confidential.

*As a nurse we have to protect the patient information confidential and secure, thus by protecting the patient right to privacy
