Only a person is not sufficient to change practice. We have to get adequate support for the application of the best evidence for the best of the patient or the welfare of the patient.
Build trust and engagement of the appropriate stakeholders, thus they provide input on the project. Administration plays an important role in developing an organizational culture that supports EBP. Thus we can get adequate support from our administration for its application.
