The most common way of taking meditation is through the mouth and is called oral meditation. Here I will discuss the oral meditation of tablets. According to the physician's direction, it can be taken by swallowing, chewing or placing under the tongue to dissolve. It can be administered through three simple steps. Take a small amount of water to swallow the tablet, Place the tablet on the meditation table and consumption of the tablet according to patient preference.

Depressants are among the most widely used drugs in the world. Depressants inhibit the function of the central nervous system. Long term usage of depressants result in breathing difficulties, sexual and sleeping problems, chronic fatigue and depression. These drugs are commonly called downers as it lowers the level of arousal when used. It can create a feeling of drowsiness by reducing brain activities.

Alzheimer's disease is the irreversible degeneration of the brain that causes disruptions in memory, cognition and personality and other functions of the brain. Parkinson's disease is a long term degenerative disorder of the central nervous system and usually affects the moving parts of the body. Cholinergic deficits are more prevalent in Parkinson's disease patients than an Alzheimer's disease patient. There is no cure for Parkinson's disease but the meditations, surgery and physical treatments can make some differences. Long-term usage of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs is useful for preventing the development of Alzheimer's disease.
