1.Thyroid medication

Synthroid (Levothyroxine ) is classified under hormonal medication. It is used to treat hypothyroidism by stimulating the thyroid to release throxine hormone. The side effects are tremors,muscle weakness, hot flash,nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dry skin,hair loss,palpitations. It should be taken oral in the morning in empty stomach.It is contraindicated if there is hypersensitivity .Do not over or underdose , missed dose to e taken as soon as one remembers, if it is to the next dose time,then donot take.

2.Warfarin

This medication is an anticoagulant .It is used post operatively, pulmonary embolism, thromboembolism, DVT,etc.,.To be taken orally as prescribed, mostly advised to be taken in the evening time.This can cause bleeding, hematuria,malena,joint pain.It is strictly contraindicated if allergic to is substance, any bleeding ,especially intracranial bleeding. No OTC drugs, herbal supplements to be taken as it can interact with the medication by either increasing or decreasing its effects.

3.Pantoprazole

This is a proton pump inhibitor.It inhibits the secretion of acids by stopping the function of ATpase .It is used to treat ulcers. This medication is advised before food once ir twice a day depending upon the patient medical condition. The side effects abdominal pain,diarrhea ,headache, nausea, vomiting,fractures, vitamin deficiency, etc.It is contraindicated in SLE,nephritis, vitamin B12 deficiency.This medication is not advised for a longer period of time.
