Five things (in sentences and explained) are are interesting that most people don't know about vitamins and supplements, how you can have too much of a certain vitamin, and why we need certain vitamins. Also why some supplements are not good and it is better to get the vitamins naturally.

Vitamin are very important for healthy life style -

1)prevents deficiencies-it provide a slew of necessary vitamin and mineral they can help you to prevent deficiencies

2)Boost energy and concentration

3)Help people in certain circumstances-eg in pregnancy and breastfeeding mothers

Another side vitamin also have disadvantage

1)Too many vitamins-overdose of vitamin cause vitaminosis

And can cause vomiting diarrhoea etc

2)Some dont work well-some vitamin work better thsn others. Chewable and liquids work much better than solid

3)They may or may not be safe-vitamin do not have to be approved before being sold and not fully regulated by the FDA

Vitamins particularly those that are fat solublecan be overdose and it is better to get naturally .otherwise it can cause sweating anxity vomiting palpitation .
