1, my most compatible personal beliefs based on social cognitive theory..I have selected this theory becubec it make me understand difficult psychosocial functioning and adoption about learning which I can learn from other person..It also influenced with strong environmental behaviour, between society and human problems..because as a nurse we must understand about society and it's problems and how it interfere the human behaviour..This theory reflects our personality and self capacity of personal identity..

The least compatible theory for my personal beliefs is socioemotional selectivity theory ..As a nurse we must be free from emotional sensitivity.. Emotion related goals and interaction between patients may affect our work and it affects our behaviour and decision- making power and make risk in nursing life..

2, Defence mechanism is a way of person making awareness for themselves from unpleasant thought, feeling and behaviour..It leads to anxiety and emotional disorders..Defence mechanisms which people using are Rationalization, Identification, Displacement, projection, sublimation, Regression, Reaction formation, Repression, Denial, suppression, Intellectualizating...

Denial is one of the most well-known defence mechanism it explain about situation and how people avoiding truth to face the reality.. sometime people will accept the reality and fact,but they blame others..For example when people drug addict they argue with others that it is not problamapro one to consume or take..But they knows how it will affect them..

3, low self-esteem is a common problem which everyone faces in their life..it occurs vwhen some one beliefs they are little or no worth..problem solving is a manner of finding solution to problems..There are five stages in problem solving

1, Define the problem: It focus on the problem from where it happened and how it can be solved to make a goal..

2, Brainstorm ideas: It's a goal to make solutions for the problem.

3, Decide on a solution: This is to meet the goal or solution we decide which decision of steps to be correct and effective..( implementation)

4, Implement the solution: it is focus on implementation for resolution to the problem..making hard to achieve that.

5, Review the results: Resolution and review the problem how successful it was solved and worked..it helps to improve the skills on long-term problem solving..

4, nursing theory improve nursing knowledge..It provides sense of identity it help nurses to provide proper health care services..It is not only educate the student nurse or new nurse it can be applied in our nursing practice in various settings to come up with Evidence--based practice..This nursing priniciples help evaluate Patient care and improve nursing implementation based on evaluation finding.nursing theory make confident yourself for the decision more on self- reflection and personal growth with innovation..
