A. Adrenal glucocorticoid (Cortisol) : Its helps to maintain the concentrations of carbohydrates and proteins in our body. And also it released part of the stress response. Excessive cortisol creates complications to the body like Cushing's syndrome

Adrenal mineral corticoid (Aldosterone) : Its helps to control the concentrations of sodium and potassium in pur body .

Both are produced in the adrenal cortex of the adrenal gland.

B. Neuromuscular junction is a site of communication between motor nerve axons and muscle fibers. The function of neuromuscular junction is transmit signals from the motor neuron to the skeletal muscle fibre quickly and reliably. Primary neurotransmitter involved in all peripheral muscle movement is Acetylcholine. It associated with the motor neurons. It also supplies both central and peripheral nervous systems.major role of acetylcholine is muscle movement and learning as well as memory.
