1) With the onset of the policy "Medical care for all" meant that a chunk of private doctors would now be nationalised and bound to provide service. The basic principle of "autonomy" of the particular private unit is challeneged in this instantace. Nationalizing health care into a single-payer format is a popular offering since it would mean that Americans could walk into a doctor’s office, clinic, or hospital, receive care, and never worry about getting a bill in the mail. It however, fails to keep the interest of that particular provider. In case the government fails to give the deserved compensation, the private unit loses not only income but the nationalisation will lead to them losing their autonomy.

Reasoning: Undertsanding the point that everyone does need healthcare facility indiscriminately is a Yes. Yet, the government has to alone ensure that they can pull of something M4A and ACA. Even if such polices seem to be good, it needs to be well thought before putting in practice.
