Answer: Health should be major concern for everyone. It is necessary to ensure the health planning at community level because the main focus is to make awareness among the people and the communities about the health and it's benefits.

Many people are unaware of being healthy, sometimes many of them are ill but they themselves don't know that they are suffering from particular problem or disease specially in the case of diabetes. The main aim of health planning is to decrease wasteful expenditure and prevent the duplication ofthe resources.

The Healthcare professionals and the healthcare provider are responsible to create awareness among people. The duplication of research is waste of time and there is no result achieved. To avoid these duplication and replication of cimmuncom health planning, there should be major concern of the authenticity as well as genuine information.
